Katherine Newman, Bay Transit’s Mobility Manager, gave a presentation on the Virginia Association of Mobility Managers and their work on Virginia’s coordinated human services mobility planning at the 2019 Virginia Transit Association Conference in Portsmouth, VA.  Ms. Newman helps Bay Transit develop and deliver mobility services and support for riders with disabilities and older adults, while simultaneously improving mobility services for all riders.
