The local Coordinated Human Service Mobility (CHSM) Team consists of seniors, individuals with disabilities, representatives from public, private and non-profit transportation and human services providers. The CHSM Team meets several times a year to discuss transportation needs within the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsulas.
The CHSM plan recognizes regional transportation priorities and needs. It also serves as a tool for educating local decision makers, elected officials and other stakeholders on unmet transportation needs in the region.
